Fjällräven Polar 2017: Day 2 North of the Arctic Circle

Fjällräven Polar 2017: Day 2 North of the Arctic Circle

After an early morning we made our way to Tromsö and by bus to the first night camp in Hatteng. This was not our original plan but due to the risk of avalanches causing roads to close down we simply had to move from camp Tamok to Hatteng.

Wonderful landscapes are just passing by durning the bus ride

From a logistic point of view, this is quite a big change even though Im sure the participants dont notise. All the gear and a little over 100 dogs had to be transfered out of the cut off valley. All theese peoole behind the scens. What amazing job they do!

Almost there

The weather has been a big challenge today but from now on it can only get better!

Eszter Szigetvári from Hungary is making sure the equipment works as planned

You need to take every chance you can to dry your equipment

Todays video:

Finally, almost in Tromsö
